Its not always easy to the pain of the Churban on Tisha B'Av. Nevertheless, we have to try with our kochos.

Rabbi Dovid Goldwasser said that we have to try and feel the Churban everyday.

I had to eat yesterday because I'mnot feeling well. Was I supposed to say extra in Birkat Hamazon?

Are there any restrictions that last until the 10th of Av until sunset?

Rabbi Dovid Goldwasser's explanation on Kinos on Tisha B'Av was very insightful and it really helped clarify many things.

The satan works in the most devious manner: One can feel the Churban all 364 days a year except on Tisha B'Av.
