When are you allowed to cut your nails in the 9 days

It's written in Shaarei Teshuva is a form of murder. Someone who commits murder is more likely to recognise his sin and do Teshuva than someone who embarasses another person.

The incident of Kamtza and Bar Kamtza is a prime example of the tragic consequence of public humiliation. what is so powerful about this incident is that Bar Kamtza had Siyata D'shmaya because Hash-m comes to the aid of one who is embarrassed.

We all need to understand how we can do our own part in rebuilding the BHMK individually and collectively. the way to do this is by rectifying our sins and doing positive acts of kindness that will help our generation fulfill its purpose.
